Alternative-fuel cooking · OEM development

Controlled heat from a complete ethanol system.

A blower-assisted liquid-ethanol cooking platform combining a glass cooktop, matched fuel-delivery and air components, electronic control and a separate stainless-steel storage tank. The current generation connects directly to 12V DC and operates without a preheating cycle.

01

Blower-assisted combustion

A dedicated air component works with the burner and controller. Airflow, fuel delivery and control logic must be validated together.

02

Separate liquid-fuel supply

The stove connects to an external stainless-steel tank, allowing the storage arrangement to be defined around the intended installation.

03

Two rated-output formats

The current platform is rated at 5 kW for the single-burner model and 10 kW for the double-burner model.

04

Low-power 12V control

Direct 12V DC input, 40 W during ignition and 5 W during normal operation—with no preheating cycle required.

05

OEM-ready product platform

Glass size, burner count, controls, enclosure, packaging and documentation can be developed for qualified distribution projects.

These figures describe the current-generation development platform: 5 kW single burner, 10 kW double burner, 12V DC input, 40 W ignition power and 5 W normal operating power. No preheating cycle is required. Fuel specification, power-supply capacity, connectors, tank, fittings, ventilation, installation, testing and local compliance requirements must still be confirmed for each destination market and final order.

What to confirm before developing an ethanol stove project.

What fuel is this stove designed to use?

The photographed prototype is designed for an alcohol-based liquid fuel system. The exact permitted fuel specification, concentration, storage method and local compliance requirements must be confirmed for every destination market before sale or installation.

What burner configurations are available?

The current development platform includes single- and double-burner glass-cooktop configurations. Final dimensions, pan supports, controls and exterior details are confirmed against the buyer's project requirements.

How does the blower-assisted system work?

The system combines a fuel-delivery component, air blower, 12V DC controller and burner. The current generation no longer needs a preheating cycle: connect the specified 12V DC supply and operate it according to the project instructions. These components must still be matched and validated as one system.

What electrical supply does the current model require?

The current single- and double-burner platform uses a 12V DC input. Rated electrical consumption is 40 W during ignition and 5 W during normal operation. The power supply, connector and cable specification must be confirmed for the final project.

Is the stainless-steel tank included?

The photographed development system uses a separate 25 L stainless-steel tank. Tank capacity, fittings, hose, pressure-relief components and installation arrangement are project-specific and must be confirmed before quotation.

Can Joelwave provide OEM or private-label development?

Yes. OEM scope can include cooktop format, exterior appearance, controls, packaging, instructions and agreed tank configuration. Samples and project-specific technical confirmation are required before production.

Why is there no public wholesale price?

Pricing depends on burner count, glass and enclosure dimensions, tank capacity, fittings, electrical configuration, testing, packaging and order quantity. We prepare confidential B2B quotations after the application and destination market are confirmed.

Tell us the country, application, burner count and expected quantity.

We will identify the fuel, tank, electrical, installation, testing and OEM questions required before preparing a project quotation.
