10–16 L constant-temperature gas water heaters developed for overseas importers, distributors and appliance brands—with LPG or natural-gas configuration, matched components and private-label support.

Manufacturer-side product development
Temperature stability depends on the heat exchanger, burner segmentation, water–gas valve, flow sensing, control board, fan, ignition sequence and local operating conditions. Joelwave aligns these elements before comparing quotations or releasing production.
Capacity platforms

Model appearance and headline capacity do not define certification coverage. Heat input, dimensions, connections, gas pressure, electrical data and approved documents are confirmed against the final order specification.
REAL INTERNAL STRUCTUREMatched architecture
The internal system is reviewed as a matched assembly, not as a list of visually similar components.
Supply formats
Finished products configured for the destination market, sales channel and approved documentation.
Logo, front-panel appearance, controls, labels, manuals, cartons and agreed accessories.
Matched component sets and knock-down supply for local assembly, service or tariff planning.

Buyer questions
Current development platforms include 10 L, 12 L, 13 L and 16 L formats. Final heat input, dimensions, interface and operating data are confirmed against the selected model.
Yes. LPG and natural-gas configurations can be developed, but the gas family, nominal supply pressure, injectors, valve and rating label must be confirmed for the destination market.
OEM scope can include logo, front-panel appearance, display and control functions, language, rating label, manual, carton artwork and accessory set. Technical changes remain subject to engineering and compliance review.
The standard starting MOQ is 100 units. Normal production is approximately 30 days after configuration, sample or artwork approval, order details and payment terms are confirmed.
Certification must be checked model by model and configuration by configuration. We do not treat a certificate from a visually similar product as blanket coverage. Please provide the destination country and required standard for review.
Yes. Joelwave can coordinate complete appliances, matched components and CKD/SKD programmes, including heat exchangers, burners, water–gas valves, igniters, displays, sensors and wiring.
Pricing depends on capacity, gas type, component architecture, certification, branding, packaging and quantity. Project quotations are handled confidentially to protect distributor margins.
