A litre rating is not a complete specification.

Temperature stability depends on the heat exchanger, burner segmentation, water–gas valve, flow sensing, control board, fan, ignition sequence and local operating conditions. Joelwave aligns these elements before comparing quotations or releasing production.

Select the format, then define the system.

Model appearance and headline capacity do not define certification coverage. Heat input, dimensions, connections, gas pressure, electrical data and approved documents are confirmed against the final order specification.

Internal components of a constant-temperature gas water heaterREAL INTERNAL STRUCTURE

Control the parts that control performance.

The internal system is reviewed as a matched assembly, not as a list of visually similar components.

  • Copper heat exchanger and thermal design
  • Burner, manifold and gas configuration
  • Water–gas valve and minimum-flow behaviour
  • Controller, display, sensors and fault logic
  • Igniter, fan, wiring and protective devices

From finished appliance to local assembly.

What to confirm before a sample or quotation.

Which constant-temperature water-heater capacities are available?

Current development platforms include 10 L, 12 L, 13 L and 16 L formats. Final heat input, dimensions, interface and operating data are confirmed against the selected model.

Can you supply LPG and natural-gas versions?

Yes. LPG and natural-gas configurations can be developed, but the gas family, nominal supply pressure, injectors, valve and rating label must be confirmed for the destination market.

What can be customized for our brand?

OEM scope can include logo, front-panel appearance, display and control functions, language, rating label, manual, carton artwork and accessory set. Technical changes remain subject to engineering and compliance review.

What are the MOQ and normal production lead time?

The standard starting MOQ is 100 units. Normal production is approximately 30 days after configuration, sample or artwork approval, order details and payment terms are confirmed.

Do the products already have CE or other certificates?

Certification must be checked model by model and configuration by configuration. We do not treat a certificate from a visually similar product as blanket coverage. Please provide the destination country and required standard for review.

Can you supply components or CKD/SKD kits?

Yes. Joelwave can coordinate complete appliances, matched components and CKD/SKD programmes, including heat exchangers, burners, water–gas valves, igniters, displays, sensors and wiring.

Why are wholesale prices not shown online?

Pricing depends on capacity, gas type, component architecture, certification, branding, packaging and quantity. Project quotations are handled confidentially to protect distributor margins.

Send your country, gas type, capacity and expected quantity.

We will return the configuration questions needed to define the model, sample, certification route, OEM scope and production quotation. Bulk prices are not published online.
