A low quotation is not enough. Ignition logic, gas-valve matching, heat-exchanger weight, burner segmentation, water-pressure range, wiring and packaging all affect reliability. We help buyers define the configuration, compare like with like and verify execution.

Buyer questions
LPG and natural-gas heaters are separate configurations and should not be treated as interchangeable finished products. The gas valve, injectors, burner or other combustion components may differ, and any conversion must use a confirmed matched component set followed by leakage, ignition and combustion testing for the destination market.
No, not by default. A 12V version and a 24V version are separate electrical configurations. The controller, fan, valves, wiring and protective components must be selected for the confirmed voltage before production or sample preparation.
The exact CKD scope is defined by an agreed bill of materials. Depending on the project, a kit can include the cabinet, heat exchanger, burner, water and gas controls, controller or igniter, fan, display, sensors, wiring, fasteners, labels and packaging. Pre-assembled modules, factory test level, local tools, documentation and spare parts must be confirmed before quotation.
The standard minimum order quantity is 100 units. The final quotation is prepared according to capacity, gas type, appearance, packaging, certification and destination market.
The standard production lead time is approximately 30 days after the order details and payment terms are confirmed. Samples are available before a bulk order, with sample timing confirmed separately.
LPG and natural-gas configurations are available. CE and CCC documentation can be provided for applicable configurations; destination-market requirements must be confirmed before ordering.
Yes. OEM scope can include logo, exterior appearance and packaging, as well as agreed display, component and documentation requirements. Our main export markets include Europe, North America and Central Asia.
No. These are B2B OEM products. Prices depend on gas type, destination standard, copper weight, control system, packaging and order quantity. We provide confidential project quotations to protect distributor margins and avoid presenting bulk prices as consumer retail prices.
The inspection plan can cover model and labeling, appearance, wiring, ignition, water and gas leakage, temperature control, included accessories, packaging and loading evidence. The exact checklist is agreed before production.
